Your chosen design colour is carefully applied to the garment before each sweater is quality checked and prepared for dispatch.

Processing time: 3–5 working days.

To help keep your personalised sweater looking its best:

• Wash inside out at 30°C or below
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron directly over the design
• Iron inside out on a low/medium temperature if required
• Avoid fabric softener where possible

Full wash care instructions are provided with your order.

📦 Delivery

Your sweater will be carefully packaged and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery cost is calculated at checkout.

Please remember that the 3–5 working day processing time is in addition to the delivery time.
